private funding for the Topsfield Elementary schools.  T.E.F.  is exclusively supported through
generous donations from businesses, foundations, and families in the greater Community.
our goal is to support excellence and innovation in public education through volunteer
support and funding.  T.E.F. is a 501c3 non- profit organization.  All donations are tax
deductible.
